Apprentice Membership
If you are thinking of developing a facility and/or have located a property to develop, you will be interested in an Apprentice Membership.
This includes a packet of information covering such topics as:
- Requirements for IBBA Membership
- Benefits of IBBA Membership
- IBBA Quality Assurance Review Program
- IBBA Guidebook (current edition)
- Hotel Operators Tax Information
- Zoning, Health Issues/Information
- IBBA Membership Application
As an Apprentice Member, you will receive the quarterly newsletter via email, be invited to attend quarterly and annual meetings, but would have no voting rights. This membership is $100 for one year (which includes the informational packet) and may be renewed for an additional year. If you wish to receive only the packet, the fee is $35.

Full Active Membership
When your facility is ready, or if you are already in operation, you will want to move to Full Active Membership, with benefits that include:
Listing in IBBA Guidebook of Inspected and Approved B&Bs
Listing on the IBBA Web site with links to any other Web site you have
Subscription to the quarterly IBBA newsletter via email
A network of members to turn to for advice
Associate Membership
This membership is for individuals who have a product or service to offer to IBBA members. Benefits include:
- Listing in IBBA Guidebook
- Listing on IBBA Web site
- Networking with Innkeepers
- Regional and Annual meetings
